Fake Steve Jobs, Planet Blog & Co
Fake Steve Jobs gives quite an interesting view on the Web 2.0 bubble (at the Web 2.0 Conference in San Francisco) that according to new Internet giants isn’t gonna burst - not this time - not again. This video is 25 minutes “you’ll never get back”, but is highly recommended. Witty sense of humor and good stories. I had to laugh out loud several times. More on the Web 2.0, after the jump.
Planet Blog
Planet Blog was the core topic for a Realtiy Check in May that I accidentally downloaded on my iPod as a podcast. I also recommend this coverage dealing with all kinds of aspects that are linked with blogs such as the influence on media, the origins and an interview with Dave Dempsy. Check out the FM4 Reality Check Podcast. I can’t believe they didn’t interview me. Haha.
“Welcome to Planet Blog” is your audio guide to the evolution of the on-line journal and how internet thought-sharing is influencing the US Presidential race, the notion of ‘celebrity’ and the English language! Featuring the man who invented the term ‘blog’ and a host of other blogging movers and shakers- “Welcome to Planet Blog” this Saturday as of 12 midday and with Riem Higazi.
Speaking of DaddyD (FM4 host) was just interviewed in a (and I quote now his tweet) “berufsjugendlich[er]” fashion on chilli.cc. Also very interesting to read about the person who wakes us up Sunday morning (and thus represents a constant on weekends) and who continuously enlightens us about web trends in his daily column FM4 - düdülüdüü - web - tip.
