Dieses Wochenende kaufte meine Schwester für ihre Wohnung in Wien eines der am meisten gehypten Produkte in Österreich. Mobiles Internet boomt in keinen anderen europäischen Land und ist nirgendswo preislich erschwinglich wie in good old Austria. Da auch unsere Mobiltelefonieverträge bei T-Mobile laufen, war der Griff zum Fairclick Smart (mit 3 GB/Monat) nicht weit. Als Apple User, so stellt es sich herraus, muss man jedoch einiges beachten. My Macbook Review

Finally, I can put up my report on the Macbook. After some issues with the display and the correct color schemes, I am now typing on a brand new Macbook Late 2007. Compared to my older Powermac G4 (I found a promising new owner for it), the new Core 2 Duo processor (Santa Rosa chip, I hear) runs amazingly fast. Today’s review is dedicated to everything that is related to my new Macbook. For a Leopard review, check back next week.

The title of today’s blog entry is quite self-explanatory. After having experienced “minor challenges” (see the PR Lady spot of Mac vs. PC) with my new Macbook’s screen (the viewing angle’s quality was bitchy), the “Apple Care Dude” and I decided to replace it with a whole new one. It is a bummer having the amount of money in mind I paid for it (I am getting a new one, next week on Thursday). However, writing that entry now sort of serves several purposes.

Looks good. Nice commercial, yet, not the Macbook I want so badly. I hope Apple brings out a new one before Christmas. That would contribute to my perfect Christmas-Eve. Anyhoo, here’s a rather new Dell commercial. Song by Devo.
