Watching people rush out of their muddy winter holes and populating all green spaces of the city kind of explains major need for the Summer sun. Have fun capturing every available sun shine.

Since people in California (especially the friends and the extended family of the Bennetts) found out about my blog, I will do this very entry in English.

The feeling, that time is running out, makes me rather sad. I had such a wonderful time in this beautiful country and on top of that I really enjoyed being around the Bennetts and their friends. Thanks for all the warmth and the openminded way you approached me. It’s the nice people that made me feel home. I just can’t thank you enough! It is going to be pretty hard to leave behind all the new friends I have met this year.

Hello folks. On Monday my 6-week-trip to California may begin. I will be staying with the Bennett’s (my host family - see last year’s stay). Thank you!

Feeling the excitement in my bones I have no doubts that we will have tons of fun. I keep you up to date (with regular –hopefully– posts) about trips, family events and gallery posts (since I got a new cam!). Stay tuned and have a nice summer!

Ich wollte nur noch mal schnell “Cya” zu allen sagen, denn wie ihr alle wisst, hat der liebe Blitz mein Modem kaputtotschetto gemacht- ich schreibe gerade auf der Dose von meiner Mutter!
